MSP
Rochester. Mayo Clinic.
One car. One price.

01.1The route we own

A direct line
between the airport
and the hospital.

Mayo Clinic patients fly into MSP from every state in the country, often before sunrise, often with a companion who hasn’t slept. They don’t need a ride-share roulette and they don’t need a stretch limo. They need a quiet black car that’s waiting at baggage claim, a driver who knows which Mayo building they’re reporting to, and a price they were quoted before they ever boarded the plane.

That’s the entire job. We’ve been doing it for twenty-six years.

$295 flat-rate, one way. Same price at 4 a.m. as 4 p.m. Round-trip $550.

02.1The thinking

Standardisation as service.

Other operators run six vehicle classes badly. We run one vehicle class flawlessly. Every car is the same car: same year, same trim, same maintenance interval, same scent of conditioned leather. The driver who picks you up Tuesday morning is driving a car indistinguishable from the one Thursday night.

It is not glamorous. It is the entire product.

04 / Questions
Answered in plain English.

A short list of the things everyone asks.

Q.01

How much does a car from MSP to Mayo Clinic cost?

$295 flat-rate, one-way. The price is the same at 4 a.m. as it is at 4 p.m., no surge, no tolls added, no airport surcharge. Round-trip is $550.

Q.02

What vehicle will pick me up?

A Black Chevrolet Suburban, the only vehicle class we operate. Seats 6 passengers with luggage, climate-controlled, leather captain’s seats, USB-C, bottled water. Every Suburban is detailed before every run.

Q.03

Are you a licensed and insured Minnesota transport service?

Yes. Minnesota DOT Limousine Service license, $1.5M commercial liability, every chauffeur fully licensed with a clean MVR pulled quarterly.

Q.04

Do you track inbound flights?

Every reservation tied to an MSP arrival flight is monitored automatically. If your plane is early or delayed, the driver is rebriefed before you land. No timer ever starts before wheels-down.

Q.05

How far in advance should I book?

24 hours is comfortable; we accept same-day reservations subject to availability. For Mayo Clinic appointments we recommend booking the moment you have the date, many appointments are dawn-hour and weekend availability is limited.

Q.06

Where do you operate?

Minnesota only. Twin Cities metro pickup and drop-off in Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and 13 surrounding suburbs, plus the MSP → Rochester / Mayo Clinic corridor. We do not operate outside Minnesota and we do not subcontract.
